ROLE DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ask good questions to learn customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,300.00 - $52,000.00 per year
